To put the record staright, Immigration Matters has not claim that Kirsten "abandoned" its students.

Immigrationmatters.co.uk has published the facts of the case e.g.:
Affinity has gone into administration.
Creditors (including students) have little or no chance of recovering money paid to Affinity, according to Leonard Curtis the administrator.
Students in the UK must transfer to an approved college and continue to study.
Kirsten, however, has not gone bust and is still in business, any monies paid to Kirsten are still recoverable.
